Setup HiveOS

Your Rig comes with HiveOS Pre-Installed on USB and ready to go, but it needs to be connected to your HiveOS account.

Please follow the below steps to configure your HiveOS so that it is connected to your account properly.

There are two options depending on your preference.

OPTION #1 - You can load the USB into another computer and copy over the hive.conf file

(Note, this option does not work from a Mac, only a Windows PC)

If you have not done so already create a HiveOS account (www.hiveos.farm)

- Login to your account
- Create a new farm
- Create a new worker
- Download and save the hive.conf file shown on this screen

- Copy and paste the downloaded file onto the USB
- Plug the USB back into your rig and start it up. Ensure your network cable is connected.
- Check back in your HiveOS web account and you should see the rig showing as online

OPTION #2 - Plug your rig into a monitor or TV Screen

If you have not done so already create a HiveOS account (www.hiveos.farm)

- Login to your account
- Create a new farm
- Create a new worker
- Take note of the RIG ID and Password below

Plug in your monitor via HDMI port, either use the onboard HDMI port on the motherboard, or if that doesn't work (some boards don't have onboard graphics) you can plug in a Video Card / GPU using one of the risers.

- Power on the rig
- Ensure your network cable is plugged in
- Follow the on screen instructions and use the ID / Password above
- Check back in your HiveOS web account and you should see the rig showing as online
